New Thermal & Chemistry Free Processing Solutions Heights will launch a host of new Thermal & Chemistry Free litho plate processing solutions at Drupa. For the Thermal CTP market two new product lines will be launched, the medium duty Maya 85T and the heavy duty Bora range, available in 85, 125 & 165cm (VLF) processing widths. These high specification, quality built machines have been made available following a significant demand from Heights increasing world-wide dealer network, “it is a market we have not been active in with our dealers to date, but already demand for these new products is significant” said Mike Millea, Heights Sales Manager. Heights will also show two new Chemistry Free product ranges at Drupa, it’s Red Amber range for Thermal and it’s Blue Amber range for Violet Chemistry Free plates. The Red Amber range ensures customers can be confident in the quality of their Thermally imaged plates prior to use on press and has been designed to meet the requirements of all major Chemistry Free Thermal plate suppliers in this regard. Regarding Violet Chemistry Free products Millea commented “Heights continues to be at the forefront of new technologies and while, at the time of this press release, there are no commercially available plates for this technology, Heights is showing it is ready for their future release”.
