    Not like the other multis

    I love being able to take this on an empty stomach. It lets me stay more regular in the pattern and I feel like my body functions at a higher level when I consistently take my Vitals. No pun intended, but taking these everyday is quite vital to encourage homeostasis. I've never had an issue taking them on an empty stomach unlike other multi vitamins. I also don't feel like I am just losing the good stuff after my first water closet visit. Noticeable improvement on brain fog as well, they really help you stay clear and focused.
