Thrive⁺ is a science-led longevity supplement. Powered by 4 high-impact ingredients for cellular energy and vitality, backed by 1,000+ studies and a clinical trial.

Formulation

NAD⁺ is a molecule found naturally in every cell, helping turn nutrients into cellular energy. Levels naturally decline with age.

Clinically measured:
  • Whole-blood NAD⁺ increased by 49% after 30 days of Thrive⁺

Found naturally in your mitochondria, where it helps produce ATP – the usable energy your cells need to function.

Clinically measured:
  • Plasma CoQ10 increased by 57% after 30 days of Thrive⁺

A polyphenol that helps support the cellular systems involved in healthy ageing – helping cells better handle everyday wear and tear.

Studied for its role in:
  • Complementing healthy ageing
  • Supporting long-term cellular resilience
  • Maintaining cellular energy pathways

An essential mineral that supports energy production and helps keep the body’s cellular systems working as they should.

Contributes to:
  • Normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Cell protection from oxidative stress
  • Normal connective tissue health

Science of cellular energy

Inside your cells, mitochondria turn nutrients into ATP – the usable energy your body relies on. NAD⁺ and CoQ10 both play key roles in this process.

Why NAD⁺ matters with age

NAD⁺ occurs naturally throughout the body, but levels decline with age – making NAD⁺ metabolism an important area of healthy ageing research.

Our clinical trials

Study 1: Human clinical trial in healthy adults

METHODOLOGY

A 30-day human pilot study assessed Thrive⁺ in 18 healthy adults aged 35-65.

Participants took Thrive⁺ daily, with NAD⁺, CoQ10 and a range of cardiovascular, physical, blood and mental wellbeing measures assessed at baseline and after 30 days.

The independent study was open-label and single-arm, with no placebo group; each participant was compared with their own baseline.

THE RESULTS

1. Nutrient deficiencies were widespread at baseline

Despite being an apparently healthy population, baseline blood testing revealed significant nutrient gaps.
40% of participants were deficient in folate (vitamin B9), 34% were deficient in vitamin B12 and 83% had suboptimal riboflavin (vitamin B2) status. These nutrients contribute to energy metabolism, brain function and cellular health.

2. A public health issue recognised beyond this study
Over half of participants presented elevated homocysteine levels, a metabolic marker associated with cardiovascular and brain health when raised.
Micronutrient gaps have been raised in UK parliamentary discussions and reflected in independent research, highlighting that these “hidden deficiencies” extend beyond this trial.

What to expect

Thrive⁺ shows measurable cellular changes in 30 days, but it’s designed for long-term use to support cellular energy and vitality.

24 HOURS

Your cells begin producing more NAD⁺ from NR, supporting the cellular processes involved in energy production.

BY DAY 30

After 30 days of Thrive⁺, whole-blood NAD⁺ increased by 49% and CoQ10 by 57% in our pilot study.

BY DAY 45

Clinical research around this point suggests higher NAD⁺ availability may support changes in body composition, including lean muscle.

BY DAY 180

Sustained increases in NAD⁺ may support everyday energy and endurance. In one 2020 study, participants improved their 6-minute walking distance by 17.6 metres.

AFTER 365 DAYS

With continued use, the aim is to consistently support your NAD⁺ pathway and the cellular processes associated with long-term healthy ageing.

Interactions

If you take blood thinners or antiplatelet medication such as warfarin, clopidogrel or aspirin, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using Thrive⁺, as trans-resveratrol and CoQ10 may affect bleeding or warfarin activity.

Caution is also sensible if you take blood-pressure medication, and high dose zinc supplements can reduce copper absorption.

If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition, check with a healthcare professional before use.
