If our products do not meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free refund* on your first order within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked. Just let us know within 30 days of your first purchase for a full refund.

Refunds only apply to your first delivery of any product, not subsequent shipments. For all following shipments, you have the option to reschedule or cancel at any time in your account. Please note, we are unable to accept returns.

*Refund does not include shipping, duties or taxes paid; limited to one refund per product.

If you need to delay your next order or cancel your subscription, make sure to always let us know within 48 hours of receiving your ‘Heads Up!’ email (sent 3 days before your next order is dispatched).
